The man came and took the money, the process continued for about six times and the last money ended everything, the last money that came to the agent a different person called the agent to tell him that someone has gotten to know the pin code of his father and has been sending the monies to him for that same person to come to the agent and take the monies. The merchant agent told the man to come to him with his father's phone, so the man came there with the phone with the phone of his father and told the merchant that when the man( i.e thieve) sends the money from the phone he deletes the messages so they were not seeing it until his father told him that when he checks his balance on his phone it does not match. Then they called the network operator of the father to give them the numbers that they have sent monies to. So at that process they got the number of the agent to tell him not to give the money to anyone that will come for it. So the agent together with the people that came there sent the money back to the right person, that is the same number that was used by the thieve to send the money to his number and gave all the messages that show the amount the thieve has taken from him. The agent describe the man(thieve) to them and got to know the identity of the man(thieve). So it is important to keep you pin safe and you should not let anyone sees it.

There are people also going round and this is what they are doing. Someone can come to you the merchant and tells you that he or she is coming from your network operator and tells you that he or she can do certain things on your merchant Sim card so that you can use it to register mobile money subscribers so you won't buy the dedicated phone that your mobile operator has provided for that purpose.
