Security Concern
There is one thing that KOBE believes in and that thing must be done by all network providers that is, every SIM card must be registered with an authentic ID card. If a SIM card is not registered then it must not be used, this will help to bring down criminal activities that involve mobile operations. As a Merchant, sometimes you can get a call from an unknown number asking you if you have received a bonus today and the person can tell you that he or she is calling from this or that mobile company so he or she is calling you to verify if you have received any bonus from them. Now all you have to do is to call your network provider and report to them immediately, also you need to get a smartphone for yourself and download some apps like True Caller or call app contacts and check if you can find any information about the number that calls you. You should NOT embrace any sweet things or words from whoever calls you to entice you to do any regrettable thing, meaning, do NOT listen to anyone asking you to do this and get a certain amount within a short period, don't be greedy, and remember there is always struggle to success and nothing comes cheap you need to sweat and have them.

Mobile Banking PIN CODE is a critical code to all merchants and subscribers keep it safe and it must not known by anyone apart from you. always try to change it to a different pin when you suspect that someone has gotten to know your pin. Do NOT give your pin to anyone who requests it. What will you do if you receive a text message from your wife or husband number asking you to text his or her PIN code to him or her because he or she has forgotten the PIN? Will you send it back to him or her? That might be a fraud so you need to call the number and verify it, those fraudsters have stolen the phone and want to cause a mess. Never listen to anyone instantly who tells you to send money to him or her because he or she has mistakenly sent it to you. You need to verify it well to see if you have received such money mistakenly, if so then try to send the money back to the same number that the money was sent through to you.

As a merchant always take money before you make any transaction for a customer because someone can come to you and tell you to send money to a certain number, that person may have his or her team that is also close to a different merchant, so if you send the money to that number the customer at your end can run away and by that time the money is already gone to his or her colleagues that are close to another merchant which they will immediately take the money from that merchant. By the time you will call your service provider, they will have taken the money already and gone.

When someone asks you to receive money make sure that you have seen a message from your service provider acknowledging receipt or check your balance to see the actual or exact amount on your phone before you can pay that customer. Someone can also come to you and try to distract you and confuse you with too much talking, relax and focus do NOT be disturbed at all, and concentrate well. Proceed with every transaction you make with caution when the network is not good at a certain time because you are not receiving text messages after a transaction all you need to do is to check your balance before you can go ahead and do the next one.
